Mobility Series Overview

This series will focus on targeted mobility exercises designed to relieve tension and improve flexibility in the affected areas.

Part 1: Neck Mobility

  • Gentle neck stretches

  • Chin tucks

  • Side neck stretches

Part 2: Shoulder Mobility

  • Shoulder rolls

  • Arm circles

  • Doorway stretches

Part 3: Upper Back Mobility

  • Cat-Cow stretches

  • Thoracic spine rotations

  • Child’s pose

Part 4: Lower Back and Hip Mobility

  • Piriformis stretch

  • Seated forward fold

  • Knees-to-chest stretch
